1. Match the code to the service

Motorcycle taxi, JoyRide Car, delivery and other services can have their own codes. Choose the service first, then apply the code that is listed for it.

2. Remember first-ride rules

Codes such as JOYRIDECAR and JOYRIDEMCTAXI are for a first trip. If your account or phone has already booked a ride, the code may not apply.

3. Check the region and the dates
