What Temu Free Shipping Covers
Temu free shipping comes down to four rules shown in the app and on the site.

How to Qualify at Checkout
Group items from the same seller. The threshold applies per seller, so a ₱150 item and a ₱150 item from different sellers may not qualify. Check your cart for the free shipping message before you pay.
Browse current Temu deals and add enough from one seller to unlock free shipping.
Late Delivery Credit and Free Returns
If a standard shipping order arrives late, Temu says you get a ₱55 credit. Temu's header also advertises free returns for up to 90 days, with an asterisk, so some conditions apply. Open the return terms on your order page before you rely on it. Our Temu return and refund guide covers the steps.
Tips to Keep Shipping Free
Plan one bigger order instead of many small ones, and add items to your cart from one seller until the free shipping message appears. Skip filler items you do not need, since a cheap add-on is not a saving if you would not buy it anyway.
