How to price your Lazada products for profit
Many new sellers set a price by copying competitors, then discover that fees, vouchers and shipping eat the profit. On Lazada, commission, payment fees and campaign costs vary by category and program. The fastest fix is to price from your numbers: start with cost, add every fee, then add the margin you want.
This calculator shows your profit per item and for your whole order quantity, along with your break-even price. If your margin is thin, test a higher price, a cheaper supplier, lighter packaging or less ad spend, and watch the result change instantly.

How profit and break-even price are worked out
- Fees equal the selling price times the commission, payment fee and ads percentages, plus the shipping you shoulder and any fixed fee per order.
- Profit per item equals the selling price minus fees, your product cost and packaging.
- Break-even price is the lowest price that covers your cost and fees with zero profit.
- Target price is the price that gives your target margin after all percentage fees. Fee schedules change, so always enter the current figures from your dashboard.
Tips to save more
- Use your real fee percentages and update them whenever the platform changes them.
- Include shipping you subsidize and returns in your costs, not only fees.
- Keep a minimum margin so one voucher campaign cannot push you into a loss.
- Track profit per order, not only sales volume.
